Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the Bookings Terms and Conditions carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136

By proceeding with a booking, you (referred to as “Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions constitutes a legal agreement between you, an individual (“you”),and DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136., an Australian company registered in New South Wales governing your booking through the DADSS App (DADSS PTY LTD ABN 61 672 193 136) (“DADSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you must agree to the terms and conditions that are set forth below. Upon your execution (electronic or otherwise) of this Agreement, you and DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136 shall be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. References herein to “DADSS, DADSS App” shall be taken as a reference to, DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136 and each of their affiliates.

1. Use of Personal Information

You confirm your agreement to allow us and our affiliates to use your provided information for immediate, direct, and indirect purposes related to booking with DADSS. Your information usage will adhere to our Privacy Policy guidelines, refer to DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136 Privacy Policy available at https://dadss.com.au/

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon the DADSS APP confirmation of an available DADSS driver. You will receive a confirmation through the DADSS APP containing the DADSS driver’s name and contact phone number.

3. Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon the DADSS APP confirmation of an available DADSS driver. You will receive a confirmation through the DADSS APP containing the DADSS driver’s name and contact phone number.

All payments must be prepaid and made through DADSS App on the secure payments platform provided.  Cash payments for any Demand A Driver Share Service, DADSS, DADSS App, (Driver or User), DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136 provided services/bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tipping of the driver is optional and will not impact the booking fee. Refer to DADSS PTY LTD ACN 672 193 136 Terms and Conditions, Services Agreement, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy all available at https://dadss.com.au/

4. Change of Pickup Time

If you change the pickup time to more than 60 minutes later after a DADSS driver arrives within 15 minutes of the pickup address, a fee of $50 will apply. If an alternate DADSS driver is not available for the new pickup time, standard wait time rates will apply.

5. Client Unavailability

If a DADSS driver arrives at the pickup address and is unable to contact you, the driver will wait for 15 minutes while attempting to reach you. If no contact is established and the booking is cancelled, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking fare will be applied.

6. Cancellation Policy

Should you choose to cancel, a fee may be applied and charged to your account, if the driver has already arrived at the vehicle pick up point.

7. Changes to Confirmed Booking

Changes, cancellations, or alterations to confirmed bookings in the DADSS APP should be before the confirmed pickup/booking time, or a cancellation fee may apply for changes to the confirmed pickup/booking time.

8. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Address changes to confirmed bookings.
  • Driver wait times exceeding 5 minutes.
  • Stops taking longer than 5 minutes.
  • Out of Area Rates beyond 1.5 hours.
  • Peak time surcharge of 20% during specified hours.
  • High demand surcharges on specific days.

9. Vehicle Responsibility

You confirm that the transported vehicle is registered, comprehensively insured, roadworthy, and contains sufficient fuel for the journey. You also take responsibility for accurate booking details.

10. Credit Card Charges

You agree to immediate credit card charges, retention of your card information for future use, and additional charges post-journey in accordance with these guidelines.

11. Accident Liability

In case of an accident caused by a third party, you are responsible for claiming through the applicable insurance for the vehicle. Our driver’s liability for accidents caused by them is limited to covering the insurance excess up to $1000.

12. Refunds and Processing Fee

Credit card refunds carry a $5 processing fee, with an option to waive the fee for a future booking.

13. Driver Conduct and Authority

Our drivers adhere to road rules, and any traffic violations will be their personal liability while in your vehicle.

14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

DADSS reserves the right to refuse or cancel a service without reason.

15. Associated Company and Changes

DADSS may use an associated company in case of unavailability, with potential additional charges. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
